Baseline eligibility for MonroeFleet drivers.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license — age 25+
- Active or eligible Uber, Lyft, and/or professional rideshare account
- Driving record within our guidelines — details at follow-up
- Background / screening as required
- Ability to pay the $750 deposit and weekly lease
- Live or drive primarily in the Phoenix metro area
- Documents: license, proof of address, and other items we request

Who is MonroeFleet?
MonroeFleet is the public brand for leasing cars to rideshare drivers. It is operated by Monroe Co (Arizona LLC formation planned). Legal contracts will use the entity name once formed.
Is insurance included?

What’s the deposit and when do I get it back?
